The Nias Bounce 2 is also backed by Cobian's Endless Comfort Lifetime Guarantee. Customers must register their sandals within 30 days of purchase to activate lifetime comfort coverage. After the 1-year manufacturing-defect warranty expires, registered customers can submit a comfort claim. At Cobian's discretion, an approved claim may qualify for a free replacement or a discount of up to 50% off MSRP toward a replacement pair. Normal wear and tear is excluded, and shipping costs may apply.
