Cobian guarantees its footwear against manufacturing defects for 1 year from the original date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required for a full replacement. Normal wear and tear, misuse, and buyer alterations are evaluated separately.

Endless Comfort Lifetime Guarantee

Cobian also backs the Brisa with its Endless Comfort Lifetime Guarantee. Customers must register their sandals within 30 days of purchase to activate the program. After the original 1-year manufacturing-defect warranty expires, qualifying registered customers may submit a comfort claim. At Cobian's discretion, an approved claim may receive a free replacement or a discount of up to 50% off MSRP toward a replacement pair. Normal wear and tear is excluded, and shipping costs are not included.
