Proof of purchase is required for a full replacement, and Cobian reserves the right to inspect the sandals. Normal wear and tear, misuse and buyer alterations are reviewed separately and are not automatically covered.
Endless Comfort Lifetime Guarantee
The Braided Bounce is also backed by Cobian's Endless Comfort Lifetime Guarantee. Customers who register their sandals within 30 days of purchase receive lifetime comfort coverage. After the original one-year manufacturing-defect warranty expires, registered customers who are not satisfied with the comfort can submit a claim. At Cobian's discretion, an approved claim may qualify for a free replacement or a discount of up to 50% off MSRP toward a replacement pair. Normal wear and tear is excluded, and shipping costs may apply.
