Proof of purchase is required for a full replacement, while wear and tear, misuse, and alterations are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Endless Comfort Lifetime Guarantee

Cobian also offers its Endless Comfort Guarantee. Register the sandals within 30 days of purchase to receive lifetime comfort coverage. After the 1-year manufacturing-defect warranty expires, registered customers who are not satisfied with the comfort can submit a claim. At Cobian's discretion, an approved claim may receive a free replacement or a discount of up to 50% off MSRP toward a replacement pair. Normal wear and tear is not covered, and shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
