Cobian guarantees its footwear against manufacturer defects for one year from the original date of purchase. Warranty claims are reviewed by Cobian, and proof of purchase is required for a full replacement. Wear and tear, misuse, and alterations are evaluated separately on a case-by-case basis.

Cobian also offers its Endless Comfort Guarantee. Customers who register their sandals within 30 days of purchase receive Cobian's lifetime comfort guarantee. After the original one-year manufacturer-defect warranty expires, registered customers who are not satisfied with the comfort may submit a claim. At Cobian's discretion, an approved claim may receive a replacement or a discount of up to 50% off MSRP toward a replacement pair. Normal wear and tear is excluded, and shipping costs may apply.
